Learn How to Make Artisan Bread with no Kneading

featured imageCreating Artisan bread isn’t an art, you can make it simply and the recipe is very forgiving. Artisan bread combines few ingredients, and can be a great addition to dinner soups. Try this recipe next time you have guests to impress, but don’t let them know just how easy it is! Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon instant or rapid rise yeast 1 ¾ teaspoon kosher salt 1 ½ cup cold tap water   You will need: 1 large mixing bowl 1 pot with lid, or heat proof bowl with aluminum foil  that can hold at least 3 quarts 1 1 sheet of parchment paper https://recipescollected.com/ low carb funnel cake keto glazed donuts keto pound cake recipe funnel cake carbs low carb pound cake keto pound cake carbs in funnel cake keto donuts recipe carbs in a funnel cake keto donut recipe keto doughnuts keto cream cheese pound cake keto beef enchiladas almond butter vs peanut butter keto keto zucchini tortillas almond flour pound cake low carb pound cake calories low carb chocolate custard Plastic wrap Step 1. In a large mixing bowl mix 3 cups all-purpose flour and ½ teaspoon instant or rapid rise  yeast. Bread flour works for this recipe, as well. You can make your own instant or rapid rise yeast by proofing the yeast first. To proof the yeast, simply combine the yeast with ¼ up warm water. Let the mixture sit for at least five minutes, and you’ve created rapid rise yeast! Step 2. Add 1 ¾ teaspoon kosher salt. Table salt will also work for this recipe. When using table salt, reduce the amount to 1 ¼ - 1 ½ teaspoons. Step 3. Mix dry ingredients. Step 4. Add the 1 ½ cups cold tap water to the mixture. Begin mixing the dough together, using a dough whisk, wooden spoon, or rubber spatula. No need to over mix the dough, remember this is a recipe for no knead Artisan bread, so there’s no need to! Step 5. Cover your dough in the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough sit for 12 to 18 hours. You can let this mixture sit overnight, the dough will be OK sitting for 11 - 24 hours, so don’t worry. Step 6. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.  Place your pot in the oven without the dough. The goal is to create a steam oven to bake the bread. The steam will help give your bread the best crust. Step 7. While the pot is heating, flour a surface for your dough. Take the dough out of the mixing bowl and begin patting it heavily with the dough. You will hopefully see large air bubbles forming inside the dough, this is a good thing and preferred when creating Artisan bread. Do not knead out the air bubbles and do not knead the dough. Step 8. Smooth the surface of the dough and your dough should be shaped like a bit of a flattened ball. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap. Step 9. Let your pot heat for at least 30 minutes while the dough sits. (Be sure to fill your refrigerator with refreshing sports energy drinks!) Step 10. Remove plastic wrap and place dough in pot with parchment paper. Put the lid on the pot and bake for 30 minutes. Do not oil or grease the pan. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and voila! Instant no-knead Artisan bread! This recipe is very forgiving, tasty and great for beginning bakers.
